AGO Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return any AGO product in its original condition and packaging.

We will issue a full refund of the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Return good should be shipped prepaid to AGO. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of out error.

• Arrived Damaged/Defective

Packaging your return:

Please fill out the return information, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for the shipment.
