For generations, gardeners have relied on the magnesium and sulfur in epsom salts to give their roses, tomatoes, peppers and other plants the trace nutrients magnesium and sulfur. Magnesium Sulfate Plus also contains nitrogen to promote plant growth and vigor. |
Lawns: Apply in the spring when turf is actively growing at the rate of 1/2 lb. per 1,000 square feet. Flowers, Vegetables, &Roses: Sprinkle 1/2 cup per 25 square feet of bedding.
Trees & Shrubs: Spread 1/4 cup around the drip zone of each plant. If the drip zone is larger than 3 feet, double the amount for each 3 feet. (6 feet = 1/2 cup, 9 feet = 1 cup, etc)
Potted Plants: 1/2 teaspoon for an 8" pot, repeat every 4 weeks. |
