    Description:

Squirrels are small mammals in the rodent family, characterized by their bushy tails and slender bodies. They can live in almost every habitat from rainforests to semi-arid deserts. Tree squirrels, which are the most familiar type, predominantly eat seeds, leaves, berries, flowers, and nuts, but will also eat some insects. Depending on the species they may also actually consume tree bark and a few eat bird eggs. Because they are tree dwelling they have very good vision, which is why they are so capable of breathtaking acrobatics during mating season in the late winter and early spring.

Like other rodents, squirrels have elongated incisors that never stop growing so they have to gnaw constantly to keep them in check - they will chew tree branches, but also your lawn furniture and sometimes even your house. In places with large squirrel populations they can be quite destructive because of this. Unsuspecting gardeners are also apt to plant things that squirrels find delectable, which just attracts more and more of these animals.

    Repels Chipmunks too
If your yard has become home to squirrels - your plants are becoming food and your furniture is being chewed, use I Must Garden’s All Natural Squirrel Repellent. Our formulas are made with all natural ingredients, including a proprietary blend of botanical oils that has been specially formulated to repel squirrels by both taste and smell. It will not harm your plants or the environment, and it does not have an unpleasant scent like many repellents on the market.

    Application Recommendations:
POTS and PLANTERS:To repel squirrels from uprooting plants, spray your newly planted flowers with I Must Garden Squirrel Repellent. When you prepare nice fluffy soil in a planter or pot, a squirrel is simply looking for some tasty treasure that he thinks is buried there. In his search, he’ll dig up your nice young plants and cast them aside to wither and die. Spray your plants and pots before the squirrels discover them and save yourself time and frustration! Keep in mind, that it’s always easier to prevent an animal’s bad habit, than to break it.
FLOWER BEDS:Spray plants in flower beds on mulch to prevent squirrels from uprooting plants.
TREES:Spray the bark of trees to repel squirrels and keep them from chewing on bark and tender branches.
BULBS:Thoroughly spray bulbs, let dry and then plant. Once planted, spray soil surface.
GARDEN OBJECTS:Generously spray hoses, outdoor furniture, pots, garbage cans, irrigation lines, etc to prevent destructive damage caused by squirrels.
